In 1992 Giorgio Teamed up with his mom, and took ownership of Frank’s Pizza House, located in Toronto Canada. Franks Pizza House has been named “Best Pizza in Toronto”, “Best Delivery in Toronto”, and “Best Calzone/Panzerotti”. - Lead by example
- Hire character. Discover the interests and goals of the interviewees. Get on social media and research your potential employees.
- Treat your people fairly and with respect.

3. What are some current challenges or industry challenges you see coming?
- Keeping up with the demand of delivery request outside of the pizza shops service are. Giorgio adopted technologies like Ubereats and DoorDash to compete this challenge.
4. How do you balance work and life?
- You got to find time for your family. You just have to make it happen.
- Train your staff, and give them the tools/knowledge they need so you don’t have to be there all the time.
