Career Challenge or Failure

Kevin was responsible for running a promotion at a bar he was working for. The promotion was a flop. Kevin attributes the failure to being more interested in hanging out with his bartender friends that he flew in for the promotion than being interested in creating a truly great promotion.

    • 100% positive attitude.

    • Hates confrontation. Kevin genuinely likes making people happy, and it is very uncomfortable for him to make someone unhappy.

    • Lead by example. No one will work harder than you do for your business.

    • Find out if these people are teachable.
  5. What’s a current challenge? How are you dealing with it?

    • Needs more space. He’s handling it by getting more creative.
  6. What’s one thing (besides food) your restaurant does well and separates you from other restaurants?

    1. Strong on “off nights” Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays.
